Return & Refund Policy – Sarv Uttaam

A 30-day return policy is available. A return request may be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
Original tags and original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

⚠️ Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Orders should be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notification must be provided within 48 hours of delivery to allow prompt resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personal care or hygiene products
Customized or personalized items
Hazardous or flammable materials

If there is uncertainty about eligibility, clarification should be requested before initiating a return.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered.
To receive a different size or product:

Submit a return request for the original item
Place a new order after return approval

This process ensures faster handling.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, cancellation or return is permitted within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

Unused and unworn
In original condition and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Returned items are inspected upon receipt
Approval or rejection status is communicated after inspection
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
Banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund
