For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.

For domestic buyers (India), orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal authority norms

Delivery Timeline

  • While timely delivery is intended, sarv uttaam is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities due to factors beyond control

Shipping Responsibility

sarv uttaam guarantees handover of the shipment to the courier company or postal authority within 3–5 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are governed solely by the courier service.

Delivery Address

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues
